The transition from teacher to recruiter may seem like quite a jump, but Consultant Advisor Shaun Manny is excelling in his new career. Shaun says he loves to help and teach others.  Having studied Theatre in college, Shaun’s goal was to become a high school English and Drama Teacher, which he did for 7 years before joining Healthcare IT Leaders.

Shaun loved interacting with students and giving them the necessary tools to be successful.

“That ultimately transfers over to recruiting, because I'm interacting with people daily, and building those relationships.”
