He is also on the Advisory Board of Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, where he focuses on healthcare acquisitions.
John is an acknowledged industry thought leader on digital transformation and consumer-centric care delivery. He offers our clients a unique perspective from 35+ years working for and with leading health systems, vendors and consultancies. Most recently, John was EVP, Innovation and Technology with HCI group. He has also held leadership and consulting positions with cloud and infrastructure companies, such as NetApp and Dell Perot Systems, and with health IT software companies, Siemens and McKesson. He is a past healthcare CIO—St Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers and McLaren Health—and past Director of Clinical Informatics at Emory Healthcare.
Brad Elster leads our ERP practice, working closely with leading vendors, system integrators and our clients. Previously, he was President of B2B Workforce, a Randstad company, specializing in IT/ERP workforce solutions. Prior to that, he was VP of Sales at the same firm. He joined B2B from PremierHR, where he was Director of Business Development. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Georgia.
Ted Justiss was previously Chief Operating Officer for B2B Workforce, where he led recruiting operations, vendor management, and client development. Prior to joining B2B, he was the Southeastern Division President for Acsys, Inc., a national IT and finance staff augmentation firm. Ted began his career with Deloitte and Touche as a CPA. He is a founding Board Member of the Christmas Tree Santas, a seasonal non-profit that donates Christmas trees to low-income families during the holidays. Ted holds a BBA from the University of Georgia.
Bruce leads the Healthcare IT Leaders Boston office and brings nearly three decades of staffing and consulting services leadership experience to Healthcare IT Leaders. Most recently, he was President N.A. at Vedior, a $30B global HR services company (acquired by Randstad in 2008), where he led a variety of U.S. acquisitions along with organic growth strategies. Prior to that he was CEO N.A. of Sapphire Technologies, one of the largest IT staffing and consulting firms in the US. Bruce is a graduate of Clarion (PA) University.
As chief financial officer, Tom directs all budget management, financial reporting, and accounting. Previously, she was a long-time Executive Assistant at MVE + Partners, a leading Architecture and Design firm in Irvine, Calif.
As Compliance Manager, Deirdre Kurnett offers travel and compliance support to our national consulting team. She previously directed Marketing for Doremi Technologies in Burbank, CA. She has also held marketing and client services roles for NBC News and Spirit Aviation. Deirdre holds a BS in Business Adminstration and Management from the University of Redlands.
Lindsey Albright has over 13 years of Payroll Management and Operations experience in several sectors of business and payroll operating systems. Previously, she was an Accounting Manager at Alex Roush Architects, and before that, Operations Manager/Bracnch Administrator for Randstad Technologies, where she managed various aspects of onboarding, including background checks and expense management. She holds a BA, Political Science, from Georgia State University.
Susan Spitale joined Healthcare IT Leaders from Locum Leaders where she was the company's longtime payroll coordinator. Prior to that she managed accounts payable for The Garrett Group. She holds a BS, English from Georgia State University.
Leslie supports a variety of important sales and marketing activities at Healthcare IT Leaders, including CRM administration and consultant engagement. She began her career as a Director of Media Relations for Converse College. She has worked as a copywriter and editor for financial services firms and as a freelancer. Leslie holds a BA in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Georgia.

As Marketing Director, Peter is responsible for digital marketing initiatives that range from online advertising to email marketing. He joined Healthcare IT Leaders from E & Y, where he was a Marketing Manager responsible for digital marketing and lead generation. Prior to that, he held similar positions for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, Zach Academy, and ABI Research. Peter holds a Master's Degree from NYU and a BS from Stony Brook University.
Natalie manages billing for Healthcare IT Leaders and our sister company, Locums Choice. Previously, she was Assistant Comptroller for Exact Direct, where she managed accounting and billing functions for multiple divisions. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
