What happens when you take the most cheerful person in your company and ask her to make everyone else happy? That's what we did at Healthcare IT Leaders and it's why Lindsey Gray holds the title 'Happiness Coordinator.' The job places Lindsey on the front lines of day to day operations, helping our traveling consultants get acclimated to new assignments.
"They're traveling, they're away from their families," says Lindsey. "I take it as a huge responsibility to check in with them and see how things are going, and to try to go the extra mile to make them happy."
