Q: How did you get to Healthcare IT Leaders?
A: I’ve known Healthcare IT Leaders Sales Director Kathy Pilkey since 1989, and when the previous health IT staffing company I worked for dissolved in 2014, I called her to see if she knew of anything. I started the next week, and it’s been the perfect marriage ever since.

Q: What is your favorite company memory?
A: Having a 100% successful 25-person go-live in Athens. Go Dawgs!

Q: What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
A: DIY projects, vintage shopping, binge watching Netflix shows and spending time with friends.

Q: What was your favorite TV show when you were little?
A: We didn’t watch TV when we were little- we were always outside. But my first TV memory was getting a bucket of fried chicken every Friday night and watching Hee-Haw with the whole family.

Q: What’s your favorite food or favorite kind of food?
A: Anything Mexican.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about recruiting?
A: Catching up with candidates that I have placed, hearing about their successes on their projects and learning more about what they do.

Q: If you weren’t recruiting, what career would you have?
A: Anything on HGTV, from cleaning out barns to restoring furniture to hosting a show.

Q: If you could be an animal, what animal would you be and why?
A: A cat, because cats are perfect.

Q: What would you do or buy if you won the lottery?
A: I would give half toward making the world a better and safer place, and I would buy several AirBNB houses along each coast and travel there when I was not hosting my HGTV show, which I would start myself because I would have the money to fund it.

Q: If your life was a movie, who would play you?
A: Michelle Pfeiffer, because she was Catwoman.

Q: What about you would really surprise your coworkers?
A: I will never tell [laughs].
