Kathy Pilkey joined Healthcare IT Leaders from SmartSearch, an independent staffing consultancy, which she owned and operated. Prior to that, she held senior account executive and recruitment positions at Management Recruiters International (MRI) and Jackson and Coker. Kathy has a BBA in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
