Jody Buchman Named Award Finalist in 23rd Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business
SVP of Continuous Managed Services at Healthcare IT Leaders recognized for vendor-agnostic health IT support and division growth
OVERLAND PARK, KS. – October 7, 2026 – Healthcare IT Leaders, a national leader in IT consulting, managed services and workforce solutions, announced today that Jody Buchman, MBA/MIS, Senior Vice President of Continuous Managed Services, has been named a Stevie® Award Finalist in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Services category. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor the achievements of female executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the organizations they lead.
Buchman joined Healthcare IT Leaders in June 2024 and has spearheaded extraordinary growth in the company’s managed IT services ever since. Under her leadership, the division expanded from an electronic health record (EHR) platform into a multi-platform offering. Currently, Healthcare IT Leaders serves healthcare organizations across six supported platforms, including Epic, Oracle Health, Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft and UKG, spanning EHR, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and workforce management.

Operating from Healthcare IT Leaders’ Kansas City Center of Excellence, the operational hub for its U.S. managed services, Buchman transformed health IT with a platform-agnostic model grounded in delivery discipline. She recognized that scheduling errors, supply chain failures and credentialing delays directly compromise clinical outcomes. In response, Buchman embeds clinical informaticists within administrative and clinical platform support teams.
Internal performance metrics across hospital and health system sites reached 98% client satisfaction and 100% client referenceability. In September, KLAS Research published it's 2026 Healthcare IT Leaders Complete Look Report which showcased responding clients rating the company 98.3 for managed IT services and 100% confirming they would buy again.
