Healthcare IT Leaders Named a Top Employer in Atlanta

ATL_BEST_PLACES_TO_WORKFor the second year in a row, Healthcare IT Leaders has been named one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The honor, announced today, is based on independent employee surveys collected from hundreds of metro area businesses.

“Atlanta is home to some of the most progressive companies in the U.S. and some of its fastest-growing healthcare companies,” said Brad Elster, President. “So it’s an honor to be ranked among the best employers in the region.”

“We take care of our customers, we care about each other, and we have a lot of fun together,” added Elster. “It’s exciting to come to work every day at a company with that type of culture.”

Healthcare IT Leaders offers comprehensive benefits for its employees, including medical, dental, disability and life insurance, flexible health spending accounts, a 401k retirement plan, smartphone reimbursement and paid gym memberships. The company rewards outstanding performance with incentive bonuses and team trips.

Healthcare IT Leaders also promotes community involvement through its Cares Program. The initiative lets employees choose local charities to receive a portion of the company’s profits and offers paid time off for volunteering.

To choose the Best Places to Work, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, surveyed the metro area's businesses and organizations. The surveys help rank the top employers in three categories: the top 10 in the large category (501 employees or more), the top 30 in the medium category (101 to 500 employees) and the top 60 in the small category (10 to 100 employees).
