Douglas draws on his 24+ years of provider and consulting experience in Operations, Information Technology, and Electronic Health Records systems. In large health systems and Ambulatory settings, he has worked closely with Epic clients to ensure their success across multiple large-scale implementation and optimization initiatives. He joins Healthcare IT Leaders from Deliver Health, formerly the EHR/HIM division of Nuance Communications, where he worked with healthcare clients to implement the company’s suite of voice recognition AI software, clinical documentation and activation solutions.
