Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor - ERP Kyle Johnson is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client is looking to engage a Workday OCM Change Analyst to join their team on a long-term project. This individual will work directly with the OCM Lead to help with change management and training development activities. Travel one week per month to client site in Worcester, MA.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of Workday experience
- 5 + years of experience in Change Management or Training
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management concepts and approaches
- Experience with developing training curricula and materials
- Healthcare experience, preferred
