Our healthcare client in Massachusetts seeks a Human Resource Coordinator with Compensation experience to join their organization immediately. This opportunity will take place mostly onsite in Worcester MA for the next 15+ months. This client requires COVID and Flu vaccinations since work will be mostly onsite.

Responsibility and Requirements:

  • Broad range of HR experiences with a strength in compensation as well as review, approval and processing requests to hire, status changes and resignations. 
  • Understanding in wage and hour.
  • Develop a strong understanding of positions, requirements, union considerations, and other implications such as benefit eligibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on Compensation
