Our client located in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a IT Enterprise Manager to join their team!
Under the direction of the Director of IT Enterprise Applications, this position is responsible for the management and optimization of the performance the Enterprise Applications portfolio:
Responsibilities:
- Leading the design, integration, execution, and system performance to maximize system availability and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of strategies around system performance improvement and reporting of systems.
- Provide oversight & guidance of Level 1-3 team technician staff.
Requirements:
- Experience monitoring and reporting applications’ availability and service level agreement metrics.
- Ability to interact and develop relationships with all employee levels, vendor partners, IT Teams, and Business Unit Leaders.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience, including training and mentoring technical resources.
- Must be able to work closely with physicians, nurses and other health care resources, translate clinical requirements into technical specifications, including process improvements.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments, with strong resource management and delegation skills.
