Reporting and Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, tracking, and servicing the needs of clients within the healthcare sector and Oracle ERP/HCM solutions. Also, you are responsible for client data integrity and upkeep within our Salesforce CRM. As a Client Advisor, Solution Sales, you will lead an integrated account team to facilitate the successful sale and delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for growing a business, expertise in SOW sales and is committed to our client’s success. 

General Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following)

  • Solicit new business with Oracle install-base in a dedicated geographic territory principally by telephone (average 60+ calls per day)
  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Identifying and fulfilling the client Advisory/Consulting. AMS and staffing needs
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals for revenue and gross profit/margin
  • Negotiate and execute SOWs. 
  • Ongoing account management

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years of previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of past success achieving and exceeding a sales plan
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and prior sales experience with Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud and On-premise solutions
  • Committed to ethical business practices and outstanding customer service; someone who understands the business benefits of client satisfaction and consultant loyalty.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation, drive, and initiative
  • An outgoing and confident approach

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or an advanced degree
  • At least 3 years experience in healthcare sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
