Our client, a large healthcare system in the Northeast, is in need of an Associate Director to oversee various projects within the digital portfolio. This is an immediate need and the position is fully remote.

Duration: 3 month contract with likely extensions

Start date: 10/10/2022

The primary purpose of the Associate Director role is to provide strategic oversight over the digital products within his or her portfolio. Strategic oversight will include leading, overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery and management of projects related to those products. Strategic oversight will also include close collaboration with the business units that rely on his or her portfolio of products to ensure a strong understanding of business needs, processes and outcomes in order to ensure that the portfolio of products are aligned with the business units.

The Assistant Director will lead a team of project managers

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years experience in an Associate Director or Director position.
  • Prior Healthcare experience is required
  • Must have experience with Digital Portfolio, Digital Transformation, or Digital Experience
