We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our firm to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our Nuvolo practice! This role is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities: 

• Architecting and designing the transformation process for client ServiceNow application from legacy solutions to their new ServiceNow platform-based solution 
• Services implementation leveraging core knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platforms
• Technically lead the development of plans, roadmaps, and blueprints to enable client transition from legacy environments to ServiceNow-based organization with a modern platform, enhanced functionality, and cloud infrastructure to support the long term cost and efficiency objectives for our clients  
• Provide enhancements and customization to Nuvolo’s portfolio of ServiceNow applications in support of the client’s specific needs utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other web-based scripting tools and methodologies 
• Provide demonstrable consulting expertise in the form of well-developed listening skills, requirements gathering, problem resolution as well as the ability to make well-supported recommendations based on experience in mid-market and Fortune 500 client environments
• Achieve high level of client satisfaction on all Nuvolo Professional Services engagements
• Take a leadership role in planning and managing client discovery and assessment activities 
• Effectively define a high-level client program and action plans for transformation activities 
• Identify opportunities to drive more value from successfully implementing our ServiceNow-based solutions within our client’s environment
• Understand and ensure adherence to project scope

Qualifications: 

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
• Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and web technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP/S)
• Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application development space
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• 5+ years of leadership-level experience with Enterprise Management tools (such as IBM Tivoli, BMC, CA, HP) and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy
• ServiceNow certification (Implementation Specialist preferred) and ITIL certification (Practitioner or Service Manager preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
