Our onsite client in White Plains, NY is seeking a SoftLab Application Analyst for a 3+ month project starting ASAP.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of SoftLab implementation and support Experience
- Requires to be onsite Monday – Thursday
- Application Support for complex full-system solution maintenance accountability working tickets and enhancements
- Navigate across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to on solution
- Must be able to work as a W2
