In 2007, the company was ranked on the INC 5,000 as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies and was acquired by Vedior (now Randstad), a $30B global staffing solutions company. Previously, he was a partner at Atlanta-based ICON Search and Consulting, acquired in 1998 by Acsys, Inc. Bob has a BBA from the University of Georgia.
Russ Rudish has more than 30 years of industry experience and has deep and enduring relationships with major healthcare organizations in the United States and abroad. He is CEO of his own consultancy, Rudish Health Solutions, and previously was US and Global Health Care Leader for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, the world’s largest health care professional services firm.
Russ is on the Board of Directors of Craneware, Inc., a U.K.-based healthcare company. He is also on the Advisory Board of Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, where he focuses on healthcare acquisitions.
Ted Justiss was previously Chief Operating Officer for B2B Workforce, where he oversaw recruiting operations, vendor management, and client development. Prior to joining B2B, he was the Southeastern Division President for Acsys, Inc., a national IT and Finance staff augmentation firm. Ted began his career with Deloitte and Touche as a CPA. He has a BBA from the University of Georgia.
Brad was previously President of B2B Workforce, a Randstad company. Prior to that, he was VP of Sales at the same firm. He joined B2B from PremierHR, where he was Director of Business Development. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Ernie most recently served as CEO of EnablePath, a boutique Cloud Computing Consulting firm and Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, where he lead the company through a rapid growth phase and acquisition. He was also the Co-Founder and Former President/CEO of Astadia, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, a Cloud computing, SaaS consulting and Systems Integration company.
Bruce leads the Healthcare IT Leaders Boston office and brings nearly three decades of staffing and consulting services leadership experience to Healthcare IT Leaders. Most recently, he was President N.A. at Vedior, a $30B global HR services company (acquired by Randstad in 2008), where he led a variety of U.S. acquisitions along with organic growth strategies. Prior to that he was CEO N.A. of Sapphire Technologies, one of the largest IT staffing and consulting firms in the US. Bruce is a graduate of Clarion (PA) University.
As Chief Financial Officer, Tom directs all budget management, financial reporting, and accounting. His 20+ year career as a finance executive spans several successful IT staffing and consulting firms, including B2BWorkforce, a Randstad company. He holds a BA, Accounting from the University of Alabama.
Keith leads government contracting and public sector activity for the company. He has held executive leadership roles for Systems Integrators such as IBM and SAIC, as well as, small businesses supporting Fortune 500, Healthcare, and Government clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California Coast University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Coast University.
Alex brings over 20 years of healthcare marketing experience to Healthcare IT Leaders. He was previously VP of Marketing at the specialty pharmacy division of Express Scripts. He has also held management roles at several venture-backed, health startups, including drugstore.com. Alex holds a BA from the University of Georgia and an MS from Miami University of Ohio.
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise analytics and business intelligence, Ray joined Healthcare IT Leaders from B2B Workforce, where he was a VP, specializing in SAP and BusinessObjects delivery and implementation. He has also held IT management positions at The Coca-Cola Company and Deloitte Consulting. Ray is a graduate of Trenton State College.
Ernest brings 16+ years experience as a Software Architect, Business Analyst, and Developer to our clients. Previously, he was a strategist and developer for leading Salesforce consulting firms Enable Path and Cloud Sherpas. Mark brings over 25 years of software development and IT support experience to Healthcare IT Leaders. He currently oversees all technical operations and budgets, including local, remote, and vendor provided resources. He holds a BA from the University of South Carolina.
Ken joins Healthcare IT Leaders after a 25+ year career at Cerner Corporation where he held a variety of consultative, project management and leadership roles. He holds an MBA in management from Baker University, and a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Larry supports our Cerner clients in the implementation and optimization of Revenue Cycle solutions. He is a former healthcare CFO with 30+ years of Revenue Cycle experience, including 6 years as a Revenue Cycle Consultant for Cerner Corporation. Most recently, Larry held the title of Managing Director-Cerner Practice at Leidos.
Kate joined Healthcare IT Leaders from the consulting firm Optimum HIT, where she was the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle consulting. She began her career in Revenue Cycle / Healthcare software at SMS/Siemens as an Installation Support specialist and Account Manager. Kate is Epic certified for Resolute Hospital Billing and Single Billing Office. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.
Kelsey Amos combines a deep knowledge of Epic Systems and real-world project experience to help hospitals achieve their integration and interoperability goals. She began her career at Epic Systems, where she worked for over six years in sales and project management in Europe and the U.S. Post-Epic, Kelsey held consulting and sales roles for HIT companies including AllScripts, OneView and OMNY. Michael offers our Cerner clients an invaluable perspective gained from a 26 year career at Cerner Corporation, most recently serving as GM, Premier East, supporting customers in the Southeastern United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The College of the Ozarks.
