As a W2 contractor, you work for our clients as a contract employee of Healthcare IT Leaders. You earn a competitive hourly rate with access to corporate benefits that include:

Contractors enjoy the full support of our team for placement and project needs but maintain a high degree of career flexibility. W2 contractors are paid bi-weekly with requisite withholding for taxes and benefits (if applicable). Direct deposit option is available. Expenses are reimbursed. W2 contractors are eligible for referral bonuses and are enrolled in our Consultant Rewards program.
As an independent contractor, you work for our clients on behalf of Healthcare IT Leaders at a competitive hourly rate. You enjoy the full support of our team for placement and project needs, but maintain a high degree of career flexibility. Contractors are paid each month with no withholding. An employee identification number (EIN) is required. Direct deposit option is available. Expenses are reimbursed. Independent contractors purchase and manage their own benefits, but are eligible for referral bonuses and are enrolled in our Consultant Rewards program.
