Survey Says: Healthcare IT Leaders is One of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work

Best-Places-to-Work---Healthcare-IT-LeadersThanks to the Atlanta Business Chronicle for naming us one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work for 2013 in the Small Business category. The accolade, announced today, is based on independent employee surveys.

“There are so many outstanding companies in Greater Atlanta," said Healthcare IT Leaders Managing Principal Bob Bailey. "It’s an honor to be ranked as one of the area’s top employers.

“Our team cares for one another and for our clients. I think that’s key to our culture and a big part of what makes this a great workplace.”

Healthcare IT Leaders provides comprehensive benefits for its employees, including medical, dental, disability and life insurance, flexible health spending accounts, a 401k retirement plan, smartphone reimbursement and paid gym memberships. The company rewards outstanding performance with incentive bonuses and team trips.

Healthcare IT Leaders promotes community involvement through its Cares Program. The initiative lets employees choose local charities to receive a portion of the company’s profits and offers paid time off for volunteering.

To choose the Best Places to Work, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, surveyed the metro area's businesses and organizations. More than 700 companies were nominated, and employee surveys were used to rank the top employers in three categories: the top 10 in the large category (501 employees or more), the top 30 in the medium category (101 to 500 employees) and the top 60 in the small category (10 to 100 employees).
